Authentication of Users falls outside the scope of Trendy Recruits responsibilities. Therefore, it is your responsibility to exercise caution before initiating any form of communication or interaction with other Users, including job seekers, employers, employment agencies, and recruiting consultants.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with interactions with any User encountered on the platform. In the event of any dispute or issue with a User, you agree to seek resolution directly with the respective User.

By accepting these terms, you release and hold harmless Trendy Recruits, its subsidiaries, and their respective employees, directors, and agents from all claims, demands, and damages of any kind, including actual, consequential, direct, and indirect damages, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, to the maximum extent permissible by law.

User Agreement

By using the Trendy Recruits, users agree to assume all risks associated with such interactions and release the Trendy Recruits from any claims, demands, or damages arising from disputes with other users.
